Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Seasonal collections and limited editions may require longer production times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout.
Temperature Considerations
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warmer periods we may:
• Use insulated packaging
• Adjust dispatch schedules to avoid excessive temperatures
• Reschedule and or cancel the delivery or order.
We are not responsible for melting caused by missed deliveries or parcels left unattended.
Courier Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. While we work with reliable courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
